Should I be able to swim ?
YES! You MUST be able to swim at least 25 metres and be able to put your head under water. You should also be in good physical condition.

Can we bring children ?
YES! BUT they must be able to swim and put their head underwater. They must be at least 6 years old.

What equipment should we bring ?
SPRING :
- Windproof jacket
- Warm clothes (wool) for arrival
- Shoes (tennis shoes or neoprene slip-ons)
- Neoprene wetsuits for hire on site (adults)
- Leave VALUABLE ITEMS at home (e.g. jewellery)
SUMMER :
- Swimming costume
- Shorts and tee shirt
- Shoes always!
- SUN CREAM

What do we need to bring for a river descent ?
Bring plenty to eat and drink (picnic).
The Hérault Valley is a listed conservation area. FIRES ARE THEREFORE PROHIBITED.
Bring a back for your rubbish (available on the place au Moulin).

Are dogs welcome ?
Yes - they can sit in the middle of the canoe.
NEVER TIE A DOG to the inside of a canoe.

Can we fish in the river ?
Yes – if you have a permit.

Should we book our descent ?
We recommend that you book.

How do we pay ?
By cheque, bankers card, holiday cheques, cash.
